I lead group classes, 1 on 1 sessions, and yoga workshops in English and Polish. I help manage stress on EmotionAid® sessions and guide you toward peace and tranquility through relaxation sessions (Yoga Nidra).

How do I help?

1. Yoga classes and workshops

This is great option for you if you struggle with:

  • back pain,
  • chronic tension and stress,
  • muscle stiffness and/or weakness,
  • sleep problems,
  • low energy or irritability.

2. Individual Sessions + Private Groups – Bodywork

I offer personalized sessions that take into account your needs and goals (we’ll determine these at our first meeting). This is time dedicated exclusively to you, where we can focus on what matters most to you. Want to practice with family, partner, or friends? Write to me – we will find a convenient time together.

Goals we work with:

  • Relief from chronic back pain, neck pain, or tension headaches.
  • Recovery of mobility.
  • Reduction of stress.
  • Deep regeneration through personalized guided meditation sessions – Yoga Nidra.
  • Restoration of mobility and flexibility.
  • Learning yoga poses (asanas) or deepening your practice.

Approach: Each session is tailored to your needs. I combine techniques from yoga, including therapeutic yoga, fascial work, medical training, breathwork, and nervous system regulation, creating an action plan tailored to your situation and capabilities.

Process: We begin by discussing your goals. I build a personalized plan for you, including home practice, which we modify if needed.

Result: Specific tools and strategies you take with you into your daily life, plus long-term change.

3. Guided Relaxation Sessions – Yoga Nidra

Perfect for those experiencing chronic stress, exhaustion, or sleep problems.

What Yoga Nidra offers:

  • Helps you rest when relaxation feels difficult or impossible.
  • Calms racing thoughts.
  • Reconnects you with yourself.
  • Provides deep regeneration for everyone.
  • Accessible regardless of physical ability (done lying down or sitting).
  • Ideal for those who struggle with traditional meditation – the guidance makes it easier to reach a meditative state.

One hour of Yoga Nidra can replace 4 hours of sleep.

4. EmotionAid® – Stress First Aid

A certified emotional first aid method based on Somatic Experiencing™. This neurophysiological tool regulates your nervous system and releases accumulated stress – no need to discuss difficult details.

Perfect for those experiencing:

  • Intense emotional states.
  • Compulsive behaviors.
  • Physical tension (lump in throat, stomach knots, jaw clenching).
  • Shallow breathing.
  • Racing thoughts.
  • Concentration difficulties.
  • Difficulties with resting.

How it works: instead of forcing relaxation, we gently release stress energy trapped in your nervous system. This restores your sense of safety and optimal brain function, leading to calmness and mental clarity.

Sessions: 2-3 sessions (50-60 min each) + protocol in PDF for self application. EmotionAid® sessions are available in-person and online.

5. Team Zen Zone – Corporate Wellness Events

Customized yoga, movement, and stress management workshops designed specifically for teams. I blend gentle movement, breathing techniques, and stress regulation methods into programs that work in both office environments and retreat settings.

** Individual sessions, including EmotionAid® and Butterfly Touch sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment are 100% chargeable (for individual yoga/bodywork sessions – it is possible to set an appointment on a different day, within the current calendar month).
